Following roof or hard surface cleaning, the biocide is applied evenly across the entire surface using specialist application equipment. This ensures full coverage without damaging tiles, slate or roof coverings. The treatment works gradually over time, activating with natural weathering such as rain and moisture to continue breaking down organic growth long after application.

We assess the surface condition, identify problem areas and prepare the surrounding property to ensure a safe and effective clean.
2. Low or High-Pressure
Cleaning
Moss, algae, dirt and organic growth are carefully removed using either a low or high pressure system designed specifically for external surface cleaning.
3. Scrub, Soak
& Wash Down
All surfaces are cleaned in their own method subject to how hard the dirt is on the surface. Some require additional soaking and scrubbing for the right finish.
4. Biocide Treatment
& Protection
